Terms of Service
Welcome to Thucde.dev. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Thucde.devwebsite, apps, APIs, dashboard, publishing tools, profiles, search, feeds, comments, feedback, snippets, stories, media upload tools, embeds, and related features (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
Some interactive features are protected by Google reCAPTCHA to help prevent spam, scraping, automated abuse, and other misuse. The Google Terms of Service and Privacy Policy apply to reCAPTCHA. By using protected features, you agree that reCAPTCHA may be used to evaluate the request.
1.1. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
1.2. Some features can be viewed without an account, but publishing, uploading media, creating stories or snippets, commenting, reacting, starring snippets, following users, using dashboard tools, and managing settings may require an account.
1.3. New account registration may be temporarily disabled. Existing users may log in with password credentials or with Google when an account is already associated with the Google email address.
1.4. You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your credentials, keeping your email address current, and all activity that occurs under your account.
1.5. You may not create accounts for others without permission, impersonate anyone, evade suspensions, or create multiple accounts to violate these Terms.
Certain features may require email verification. You agree to receive service emails needed for account verification, password recovery, password changes, account deletion or restoration, security notices, comment and mention notifications, post updates, and other operational messages. If your email is not verified, you may be unable to access features such as uploading original images, recovering your account, or using higher-limit publishing features.
2.1. User Content includes posts, drafts, stories, snippets, code, comments, replies, reactions, stars, flags, feedback, images, videos, thumbnails, profile information, social links, metadata, structured data, guest author details, embedded URLs, and other material you submit to the Services.
2.2. You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting it, you grant Thucde.dev a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, resize, cache, display, distribute, index, and otherwise use that content as needed to provide, protect, and improve the Services.
2.3. You represent that you have the rights needed to submit your User Content, including rights to any media, code, guest author information, structured data, Unsplash assets, third-party links, and embedded content you add.
2.4. Public content may appear on public pages, profiles, category pages, search results, feeds, RSS, sitemaps, social previews, related reading, and other discovery surfaces. Private and searchable settings control access and discovery inside Thucde.dev, but they are not encryption and cannot prevent copying, screenshots, browser caching, search-engine delay, or external sharing by someone with access.
2.5. User content may remain available until deleted by you, removed by Thucde.dev, hidden through visibility controls, or affected by account deletion and restoration behavior described in these Terms.
3.1. When using the Services, you agree not to:
b. Upload, publish, embed, link, or share content you do not have the right to use;
c. Submit defamatory, abusive, harassing, hateful, explicit, exploitative, deceptive, malware, credential-stealing, or otherwise harmful content;
d. Publish code snippets, files, links, embeds, or structured data that are designed to harm users, exfiltrate information, bypass security, or mislead search engines;
e. Spam, mass-message, scrape, crawl, harvest personal data, automate interactions, or bypass reCAPTCHA, rate limits, CSRF checks, session checks, access controls, or other protective measures;
f. Probe, attack, overload, disrupt, reverse engineer, or interfere with the integrity, security, or performance of the Services;
g. Access, edit, delete, disclose, or attempt to discover private content, drafts, assets, accounts, comments, stories, snippets, admin routes, or operational data without authorization;
h. Impersonate another person, misrepresent affiliation, or submit guest author or profile information without appropriate permission;
i. Use the Services in any way that is harmful, abusive, or contrary to the intended purpose of Thucde.dev.
4.1. Thucde.dev and its licensors retain all rights in the platform, design, code, branding, and service-provided content, excluding User Content.
4.2. You are responsible for respecting copyright, trademark, license, attribution, privacy, and publicity rights when publishing text, code, images, videos, links, embeds, Unsplash assets, or third-party materials.
4.3. If you believe content on the Services infringes your intellectual property rights, contact us at ip@thucde.dev with enough detail for us to review the request.
5.1. Thucde.dev may remove, hide, limit, suspend, or terminate access to any account, content, feature, upload, comment, story, snippet, feedback, or integration at any time when needed to operate the service, enforce these Terms, respond to abuse, protect users, address legal or security risks, or preserve platform integrity.
5.2. If you request account deletion, Thucde.dev may temporarily disable your account and soft-delete related content such as drafts, assets, and posts. The current restoration window is 14 days. After that window, the account may be permanently deleted. Some content, public references, logs, moderation records, backups, or operational records may remain where needed for legal, safety, integrity, or technical reasons.
5.3. Upon termination, your right to access or use restricted parts of the Services ends immediately.
6.1. The Servicesare provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Thucde.dev does not promise that the service, content, search results, feeds, embeds, analytics, AI-assisted features, uploads, snippets, private controls, or third-party integrations will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
6.2. You use content, code snippets, external links, embeds, downloads, and third-party materials at your own discretion and risk. You are responsible for reviewing code, media, links, and structured data before relying on them.
6.3. Third-party services such as Google, Cloudinary, Unsplash, YouTube, X/Twitter, TikTok, and Spotify are governed by their own terms and policies.
7.1. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Thucde.dev and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or similar damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:
b. Content, code, media, links, embeds, feedback, or conduct of any user or third party;
c. Unauthorized access, use, alteration, deletion, disclosure, or loss of your account, content, or data;
d. Service interruption, rate limiting, content moderation, security controls, private/searchable setting behavior, or third-party service failures.
7.2. These limitations apply even if Thucde.dev has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
8.1. Thucde.dev may modify or update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be effective when posted on this page. Your continued use of the Services after updates are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
9.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
9.2. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Vietnam, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
10.1. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any feature-specific notices, constitute the agreement between you and Thucde.dev regarding your use of the Services.
10.2. If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
10.3. Thucde.dev's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver.
10.4. You may not assign or transfer these Terms without Thucde.dev's prior written consent. Thucde.dev may assign or transfer these Terms at its discretion.
10.5. Section headings are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect.
