These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Thucde.dev Website (the "Website"), including any subdomains and all features, content, and Services provided by Thucde.dev (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
This site is protected by reCAPTCHA and the Google Terms of Service and Privacy Policy apply.
By using this website, you agree to the terms and conditions regarding the use of Google reCAPTCHA at Thucde.dev. Google reCAPTCHA is used to prevent spam and abuse on the Website.
1.1. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. If you are under the age of 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to access and use the Services.
1.2. When creating an account on Thucde.dev, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
1.3. You agree not to create an account on behalf of someone else without their consent or create multiple accounts for the purpose of violating these Terms.
To use certain features of the Services, you may be required to verify your email address. You agree to receive email communications from Thucde.dev for the purpose of account verification and notifications related to the Services.
If an email address is not verified, you may not be able to access certain features of the Services, such as uploading original images, larger number of post per day, recovering your account, etc.
2.1. Thucde.dev allows you to create and publish blog posts ("User Content") on the Website. You retain all rights and ownership to your User Content.
2.2. By submitting User Content, you grant Thucde.dev a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the User Content in connection with the provision of the Services.
2.3. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to submit your User Content and that your User Content does not violate any laws, infringe upon any intellectual property rights, or contain any defamatory, abusive, obscene, or otherwise objectionable material.
2.4. Any User Content submitted as a blog post, a code snippet, or a short video story will remain available on the platform unless deleted by the user or removed for violating these Terms.
3.1. When using the Services, you agree not to:
b. Infringe upon any intellectual property rights or other proprietary rights of Thucde.dev or any third party; Submit video content, or a code snippet that includes copyrighted material without permission, or that violates the community guidelines regarding explicit, abusive, or harmful content.
c. Engage in unauthorized advertising or spamming;
d. Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely represent your affiliation with any person or entity;
e. Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services or the servers or networks connected to the Services;
f. Collect or store personal data about other users without their consent;
g. Use any automated means, including bots, scripts, or scrapers, to access or interact with the Services;
h. Engage in any other conduct that is deemed inappropriate, harmful, or contrary to the intended purpose of the Services.
4.1. Thucde.dev retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Services and all content provided through the Services, excluding User Content.
4.2. You acknowledge that Thucde.dev may display advertisements and promotions on the Website, and you agree that such advertisements and promotions may be incorporated into the Services.
4.3. Thucde.dev respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. If you believe that any content on the Services infringes upon your intellectual property rights, please contact us at ip@thucde.dev with detailed information.
5.1. Thucde.dev may terminate or suspend your access to the Services, at its sole discretion, without prior notice or liability, for any reason or no reason, including if you violate these Terms.
5.2. Upon termination, all licenses and rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease, and you must immediately cease all use of the Services.
6.1. The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Thucde.dev makes no warranties or representations of any kind, express or implied, regarding the Services, including but not limited to their accuracy, reliability, availability or security of any code snippets shared on the platform.
6.2. Thucde.dev does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You understand and agree that your use of the Services is at your own discretion and risk.
7.1. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Thucde.dev and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

c. Any content obtained from the Services;
d. Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
7.2. The limitations of liability apply even if Thucde.dev has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10.2. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in full force and effect.

10.4. You may not assign or transfer these Terms, by operation of law or otherwise, without Thucde.dev's prior written consent.
10.5. Thucde.dev may assign or transfer these Terms at its sole discretion without restriction.
10.6. The headings in these Terms are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect.
